Tagalog Version:

(Tulaan sa Tren Version)

Ikaw ang dahilan kung bakit ako naririto;

Kung hindi kita nakilala, hindi ako mabubuhay;

Kung ako man ay mamatay ng hindi ka nakikilala;

Hindi ako mamatay sapagkat hindi naman ako nabuhay.

English Translation:

You justify my existence;

If I did not know you, I have not lived;

If I die without knowing you, I do not die, because I have not lived.

One reason I keep riding LRT train is because of the poems that are posted inside. There are lots of Spanish poems translated to Tagalog and Tagalog poem that are catchy. Of all the poems from Tulaan sa Tren I (I because there already Tulaan sa Tren II) this poem is my favorite because it's meaningful and emotional.
